The beginning of June brings with it the beginning of festivities for Pride, commemorating years of struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equal justice under the law for the LGBT+ community, as well as the accomplishments of LGBT+ individuals.

For International Women's Day and beyond, let's all fully #EmbraceEquity. Equity isn't just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have. A focus on gender equity needs to be part of every society's DNA. And it's critical to understand the difference between equity and equality. IWD 2023's campaign theme aims to get the world talking about why "equal opportunities are no longer enough."
